How to Mix and Apply:
1. Proportioning: Mix the black chips with white or gray Portland cement and water according to your specific terrazzo mix ratio (typically 2 parts aggregate to 1 part cement binder).
2. Pouring & Leveling: Place and screed the mix evenly over the prepared subfloor or mold, compacting thoroughly to eliminate air pockets.
3. Seeding (Optional): Additional chips can be broadcasted onto the surface and troweled flat to maximize aggregate surface density.
4. Grinding & Polishing: Allow to cure fully before wet-grinding with diamond pads or silicon carbide rubbing blocks to reveal the aggregate pattern.
